The villa consists of 7 bedrooms en suite distributed over 2 floors plus a large basement with the service area. On the main floor, we access through the large lobby with a fantastic view of the inner courtyard with the pool, the outside bar and the mature manicured garden; in the left wing we come to the large living area with the integrated open concept kitchen into the outdoor areas by several panoramic windows and easy access to the outdoor dining area; in the right wing there is a main bedroom with private terrace and direct access to the garden, plus 4 double bedrooms en suite, a guest toilet with wardrobes and the elevator; the upper floor offers a fantastic master bedroom with panoramic sea views, dressing room and a huge bathroom, plus access to the splendid private roof terrace overlooking the pool, the garden and the sea. In addition, through the upper hall, we access a second parallel roof terrace equipped with a jacuzzi and barbecue-kitchen, which is accessed by an external staircase. In the spacious basement, there is plenty of space to develop a SPA and a cinema room and the staff quarters with entrance to the parking area with space for 6 cars.
